Initial commit for the Qt-Compositor.
The project goal is to be a toolbox which all Qt based Wayland compositors use. Initial work is done by: Samuel Rødal <samuel.rodal@nokia.com> Paul Olav Tvete <paul.tvete@nokia.com> and myself
