Delegated renderer: enable by default for QQuickWebView.
This also allows the software code path to be enabled: - Programmatically by setting this dynamic property on the QCoreApplication: "QQuickWebEngineView_DisableHardwareAcceleration" - Through the Chromium command line switch "--disable-delegated-renderer" for quick development use cases.
