The API default profiles are now owned by a global QObject and are deleted on exit. This patch also adds static asserts to verify the match of chromium's DownloadItem::DownloadState and our core DownloadState. This patch also adds a DownloadView to quicktestbrowser to demonstrate the usage of the new API.
