This fixes a crash on Windows when dismissing a JavaScript dialog.
It was caused by the JavaScriptDialogController object deleting
itself and its private object from a method call and subsequently
trying to run the JavaScript dialog callback.

We could use this to prompt the user for various feature permissions
that we are not ready to expose in our API.

Refactor JavaScriptDialogManagerQt to support a Qt Quick dialogs
friendly approach.
Qt Quick dialogs are still missing a prompt, so we use a "handmade"
one. This should be solved before 5.3 though.
