In recent versions of Chromium the origin_url given to
RunJavaScriptDialog have become a full url instead of a URL on origin
form. To maintain the previous behavior we need to extract the origin
subset of the URL.

This fixes the assertion that occurs when the application should
show "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" dialog. We can
reuse the already existing confirm dialog implementations.

Adds the QtWebEngineCore namespace to all internal core API. This
ensures we don't export any internal symbols in the global namespace.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Most of the patch is about upstream classes/methods that changed.
Other important details:
- icu data files are now used by default
- cygwin is no longer required to build on Windows
- RenderFrameHost has been replacing RenderViewHost in a few places,
following the separate process iframes support in Chromium
- The user agent is accessed through ContentClient::GetUserAgent
instead of from the command line switches

This fixes a crash on Windows when dismissing a JavaScript dialog.
It was caused by the JavaScriptDialogController object deleting
itself and its private object from a method call and subsequently
trying to run the JavaScript dialog callback.

We already remove the active dialog for a given WebContents from the
map when it's accepted/rejected. We should hence not expect to get
a valid dialog controller on subsequent attempts (when the WebContents
get destroyed for instance).

Refactor JavaScriptDialogManagerQt to support a Qt Quick dialogs
friendly approach.
Qt Quick dialogs are still missing a prompt, so we use a "handmade"
one. This should be solved before 5.3 though.

This only move files without adjusting any paths.
This moves:
- lib/quick -> src/webengine/api (API files)
lib/quick -> src/webengine (other files)
This contains the main QtWebEngine module library since
<ec7b2ee70a8b2db7fb87f50671a001ddd54697b0>.
- lib/widgets -> src/webenginewidgets
Also rename this directory to match its module name and rename Api to api.
- lib -> src/core
- process -> src/process
- resources -> src/core/resources
- tools/* -> tools/scripts/
The build directory is spread as follow:
- build/build.pro -> src/core/gyp_run.pro
- build/qmake_extras/* -> src/core/ (for the host and target .pro files)
- build/qmake -> tools/qmake
- Build related scripts -> tools/buildscripts
