Remove the previous workaround (internal \externalpage command) that
was used for this purpose, and replace it with a \QWE macro that
expands to the string 'Qt \WebEngine'. The backslash in the expanded
string instructs QDoc not to attempt auto-linking the word.

The Qt::AA_ShareOpenGLContexts attribute can be used to set up
an OpenGL Context, instead of passing it in the constructor.

QtWebEngine::initialize() does the same as passing AA_ShareOpenGLContexts
to the QCoreApplication constructor, so it should also behave the same.
Other Qt classes (e.g. QOpenGLWidget) actually check for the attribute
to adapt.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

QtWebEngine::initialize happens after QGuiApplication instantiation,
so it is too late to simply set the application attribute.
In that scenario, we don't want to override the shared context and risk
a double free when both QGuiApplication and our cleanup handler try
to delete it.

This is done on initialization of the Web Engine as this should
happen before any contexts and Direct 3D devices are created.
It makes D3D9 create a device with the D3DCREATE_MULTITHREADED
flag and makes D3D11 enable multithread protection using the
ID3D10Multithread interface.
Depends on the appropriate counterpart in QtANGLE.

Manually import qt_(set_)gl_global_share_context from QtGui
instead.
The binary compatibility of those symbols should be maintained
in QtGui, allowing us to avoid depending on private API.

This means that widgets application now need to setup the GL context
sharing as well. QWebEngineWidgets::initialize() must be called,
which has the same effect as QWebEngine::initialize().
The QtWebEngineWidgets now depends on the QtWebEngine module to make
this happen.
Since QOpenGLWidget is only available in Qt 5.3, this patch also
disables the webenginewidgets module completely when building using
Qt 5.2.

We now require the user to use QWebEngine::initialize() in main (preferably) and
print out an error message if this wasn't set up accordingly. This limits the use
of private scene graph API to inside QWebEngine and offers public API for users
of the API.
