Introduce a new FullScreenRequest object as the parameter of the
fullScreenRequested signal and expose the isFullScreen property
as read-only. This makes the API harder to misuse.

The testsupport API is used for test those features that are not
planned to be accessible via the public API. For example,
signals of the chromium's error page should not be visible for the
develepor but it is important to test whether the error page is loaded
properly.

Add an offset role to the models.
Implement goBackAndForward that uses this offset.
Also add a complete model, items, that includes current
navigation entry (at offset 0) to allow for the Firefox-style
single menu, and add that one to the nano browser example.
The models are now instantiated lazily as it's unlikely the
three models will be used by the same app.

code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to

This patch exposes downloadStarted and downloadFinished
signals on the WebEngineProfile to notify about downloads.
The WebEngineDownloadItem exposes a subset of Chromium's
content::DownloadItem functionality.
For now we expose minimal requirements to be able to control
downloads in QML but this can be extended in the future.
This patch also adds a DownloadView to quicktestbrowser
to demonstrate the usage of the new API.

After trying to get rid of all private header includes, the last
standing one is qplatformnativeinterface.h even though its name
previously suggested that it isn't private.
This would be a complicated piece to expose publically in a way both
flexible and binary compatible, and is a task heavy enough to
justify committing to follow Qt's release cycle.
The QML import version remains to 1.0 and will be incremented the
same manner as QtQuick itself does.

navigation requests. This is useful for ignoring requests
for example in kiosk-like applications that want to restrinct
navigation to a specific url or domain, or want to disable
specific types of navigation requests (e.g. reloading, clicking
links, form submissions).

Also make sure that this version number appears in the user agent
string and in the QML imports. The plan, unlike other Qt modules,
is to keep our module and QML versions in sync to make it easy
for developers to figure out what API is available in a given version.
The QTWEBENGINECORE_VERSION_STR define is explicitly set in the .pro
file since we don't call syncqt to generate a version header for the
core module.
The 0-major version currently causes the library name to start with
libQt0 instead of libQt5, but this is something that we can fix in
qtbase once we want to officially support linux desktop with
QtWebEngine 1.0.0.

Improve the code and API in a few ways:
- Expose a more discoverable "request" argument in the signal.
- Use the request as the carrier of the backend WebContentsAdapter
and get rid of our handle.
- Put the adoption method (renamed to openIn) on the request object
and keep the view API clean of a context-specific adoptHandle method.
- Use an enum instead of strings for the new view destination.
- Do not let JavaScript own the request object since it won't be
necessary until we want to support asynchronous view attachment.
We can create the request object on the heap and let the JavaScript
engine own the object once we want to support it.
- Move the request class to its own header.
- Replace tabs.currentView by currentWebView in the quicknanobrowser
qml code since we now need this property on the root object anyway.

This specifies a devicePixelRatio to be used by web content instead of
the QScreen::devicePixelRatio(). This is necessary on non-iOS mobile
devices to remain compatible with the mobile web which assumes
devicePixelRatio is computed as the ratio of actual dpi to 160 dpi.
Non-iOS mobile platforms may use different criteria to determine the
QScreen::devicePixelRatio(), depending on the history of the platform,
or simply leave it at 1.0.
For QNX, this setting gets a reasonable default value so developers
don't have to regularly use this experimental API.
These changes were inspired by the Android Chromium port which uses a
GetDpiScale() to accomplish the same in
content/browser/android/content_view_core_impl.cc.

NOTE: To build after this you should rerun init-repository.py or run
$> git submodule sync
$> git submodule update
$> git config qtwebengine.chromiumsrcdir src/3rdparty
This makes everything build by adjusting paths.
Other mixed-in changes:
- Rename qtwebengine_src variables in scripts to qtwebengine_root to
avoid confusion.
- Cleanup the release and debug extra targets that were in lib.pro.
This file has also been split into src.pro and core.pro.
