After stopping the load the active URL should be the url of the previous
successful load. Test active URL properly to make the test independent
from the previously executed test.

In-page navigations does not trigger loadFinished thus
m_lastLoadProgress is not reset to -1. Do not ignore loadStarted signal
if m_lastLoadProgress is set to 100 because it can mean a new navigation
after an in-page one.

In these cases two NavigationHandles are created. One for the data URL
and another one for the base URL. Suppress the loadStarted signal for
data URL one since it is expected to be informed about the base URL.

Load failures now have a Chromium side timeout of 10s so we need to wait
longer than that. Additionally error-pages no longer have descriptive
titles, so we can not rely on that in our tests any longer.

Get rid of some potential flaky issues:
- Fix typo in redirect.html
- Do not check URL before wait the result of the load. As a corner case
the load might be finished earlier than the comparison.
- Get rid of unnecessary signal handlers for unrelated test cases. The
superfluous operations might have enough overhead to cause a comparison
to be timed out.
- Separate data URL test case and blacklist it due a to known issue

a missing waitForLoadSucceeded, that otherwise might cause the

get focus, which can be useful inthe case of hybrid UIs.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

The fact that the error pages are HTML and get loaded through the
same mechanism should be kept an implementation detail and not be
considered as a new load in the API sense.
Also implement HasErrorPage for good measure and remove an anoying
warning from the demo browser.
The issue of the url not being changed remains in the QML test (but
it doesn't affect a typical browser-like UI since the user input is
still there untouched in the address bar), just make sure that failure
does not affect the later checks. It also seems like we have a focus
problem somehow, but the test should probably use a click for that
matter.
