Add OSX 10.8 developer build stage to CI test configs.
All projects have 'forcesuccess' and 'qt.tests.insignificant'
enabled. These flags must be removed once build and tests pass
for all projects.
OSX 10.8 CI testers will also have case-sensitive filesystem
installed. For more information about case-sensitive filesystem,
see the following task:
