Stop using tag in the source archive names for 5.10.xv5.10.0-beta2-packaging
Having the tag appended into archive names causes unnecessary
maintenance work. We have broken repository builds every
time the tag should change.
Do not use the tag in the source archive names and simplify
the packaging configurations.
We can manually rename the actual release source packages.
