Cleanup: Remove obsolete installer configuration files
Installer configurations have not been used from this repo for a long
time. Big part of the installer configuration files in this repo are
plain copy-paste from the internal repo used for installer
configurations.
The configuration files would not even work in most cases as actual
payload has been moved to 'archive' thus content URLs are invalid
in these files.
Remove these files.
