shiboken: Introduce enumeration for C++ indirections
Replace the int "indirections" field of TypeInfo and AbstractMetaType
by a Vector of an enumeration representing '*' and "* const".
It is then possible distinguish between "int *" and "int *const".
Task-number: PYSIDE-672
