Fix HiDPI rendering issues in the Windows style
Fixing miscellaneous rendering issues to make the Windows style look good on High DPI displays: - Fixed size/resolution of combo box arrows. - Fixed size/resolution of scroll bar arrows. - Fixed size/resolution of check boxes. - Fixed size/resolution of radio buttons. - Fixed the frame of default buttons.
