Deduplicate day-name data in QLocaleXML files
This is a follow-up to commit ebb0212133bd91f1da4931b29eb1d33fb77b1444.
The day name data appeared twice in the XML files.
Skip the second copy, saving 8.8% of the intermediate file-size.
This makes no change to generated QLocale data.
