They're not wanted and Axivion (SV71) grumbles about the lack of copy
and move operators and constructors otherwise. Do the same in all
derived classes. Some of these needed their default constructors made
overt as a result. Similar for QAbstractFileEngineHandlerList.

This makes the ownership of the returned pointer clearer. It also
matches reality, some call sites were already storing the pointer in a
unique_ptr.
Also shorten the function name to "createLegacyEngine", you have to read
its docs anyway to figure out what it does.
Drive-by changes: less magic numbers; use sliced(); return nullptr
instead of `0`.

And remove hasNext/next() methods. This remodels QAFEI to be like
QFileSystemIterator. This better fits the logic in the newly added
QDirListing class (which uses STL-style iterators).
QFSFileEngineIterator:
Initialize the internal nativeIterator in the constructor; also replace
the advance() private method with an override for the advance() method
inherited from the base class.
QResourceFileEngineIterator:
Override currentFileInfo(), with a QResouces the QFileInfo is created
on demand if/when this method is called.
This is the backend/private API, and QDirListing is the public API that
can be used in a ranged-for to iterate over directory entries.

Change beginEntryList() to take a path parameter, which it passes on
to the QAFEIterator constructor; setting the path at construction
makes more sense, because typically the path isn't supposed to change
during iteration, and this simplifies the code at the call site.
Remove setPath(), the last usage in Qt repos was in QtCreator, and that
has been ported away from it.

All these TUs relied on transitive includes of qpointer.h, maybe to a
large extent via qevent.h, though, given that qevent.h is more or less
the only public QtBase header that includes qpointer.h, something else
seems to be at play here.
Said qevent.h actually needs QPointer in-name-only, so a forward
declaration would suffice. Prepare for qevent.h dropping the include.
The algorithm I used was:
If the TU mentions 'passiveGrabbers', the name of the QEvent function
that returns QPointers, and the TU doesn't have qpointer.h included
explicitly, include it. That may produce False Positives, but better
safe than sorry. Otherwise, in src/, add an include to all source and
header files which mention QPointer. Exception: if foo.h of a foo.cpp
already includes it, don't include again.

QFileSelector::selectionHelper walks through the list of selectors
(on iOS, on my phone it's ("ios", "iOS", "en_NO", "unix", "darwin")),
creating paths and testing QDir::exists. This ends up in asset
file engine trying to load asset for something like:
"assets-library://assets/+iOS" etc. ALAssetsLibrary -assetForUrl:
returns nil for such url and we start iterating through the assets
library. On my phone (e.g.) this takes about ~6 seconds (to iterate
through pictures/videos I have), so the image picker is dismissed
~30 seconds after an image was actually selected in a picker view,
making an impression it's completely broken. Bail out early
on such url, we know we'll fail (with AssetsLibrary giving a warning
about invalid asset with UUID(null).

As of f68e2c92cc0ed2c1929140402c061359bc2363a5, and its follow up
changes, we can now link individual plugins statically, even if the
Qt build is generally a shared build.
This allows us to build Qt for iOS as shared libraries, while still
keeping the platform plugin as a static library, since this is
harder to port over to a shared library.
This gives the benefit of faster turnaround during development, as
well as binary compatibility promises for the main Qt libraries,
without having to go fully shared for all of Qt.
Static builds are still the default, due to the downsides of larger
application bundles and slower load times for shared builds.
For now the user has to manually tick the "Embed & Sign" check
box in Xcode for each Qt library, which is only available with
Xcode projects generated by the qmake Xcode generator.

Remove useless overrides of QAbstractFileEngine methods from the derived
classes. Also remove "This virtual function must be reimplemented by
all subclasses" passages from the QAbstractFileEngine's documentation.
There are pure virtual methods for such use cases. QAbstractFileEngine
already contains useful defaults for classes not supporting all the
functionality.

The pro2cmake.py conversion script faithfully reproduced the .pro files
for the plugins, which specified the libraries as public. But in CMake,
the implications of this are that public usage requirements should then
be propagated to consumers. We don't expect any consumers, since a
plugin is created as a MODULE library in CMake, so for Windows we don't
even have an import library to link with. The only exception to this is
for static builds where plugins are created as STATIC libraries
instead, but only in certain controlled situations do we then link to
plugins. Even then, usage requirements are not expected to propagate to
the consumers, so these relationships should always be specified as
private.
This change warns on any PUBLIC usage requirements specified for a
plugin. This check is disabled by default to avoid spamming CI builds
for repos that haven't been fixed yet. The check can be enabled by a
CMake cache option, which is intended for developers to use locally
when fixing this issue in other repos (all plugins in qtbase should
not trigger this warning as a result of changes in this commit).

All iOS builds currently require a custom vcpkg fork which contains
