The src/core/renderer directory is meant to contain files that would be
in the renderer process and the chrome/renderer subdirectory in chromium,
but a few classes from the browser process and the renderer_host dir
has snuck in.
This patch cleans up the structure so that classes in the browser that
serves as host classes for renderer classes goes in renderer_host.

The new controller makes possible to handle authentication requests
asynchronously. This is essential for the authentication support in the
QtQuick API.

Empty user and password fields are valid for HTTP and proxy
authentication. Thus it does not mean that the authentication
is cancelled. For informing the engine about the cancellation
of the authentication dialog make QAuthenticator instance null.

Adds the QtWebEngineCore namespace to all internal core API. This
ensures we don't export any internal symbols in the global namespace.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Most of the patch is about upstream classes/methods that changed.
Other important details:
- icu data files are now used by default
- cygwin is no longer required to build on Windows
- RenderFrameHost has been replacing RenderViewHost in a few places,
following the separate process iframes support in Chromium
- The user agent is accessed through ContentClient::GetUserAgent
instead of from the command line switches

This allows handling calls that would be signaled by QNetworkAccessManager
in QtWebKit.
This pulls QtNetwork as a dependency of the QtWebEngineWidgets module
to be able to use QAuthenticator, but isn't required otherwise.
Only the request URL is available in the case of HTTP authentication
(no access to HTTP request headers that the QNetworkReply would allow)
and only the proxy host name in the case case of proxy authentication.
This keeps the API synchronous the same way, as QtWebKit did, in
favor of source compatibility at the cost of requiring a modal
dialog, even though the implementation doesn't require it.
